Lawmakers adjourned Monday night without a budget agreement and the governor says he won't call a special session. A couple Capitol colleagues join Mary to take a look at the uprecedented conclusion of the session and we'll take a light-hearted look back at the sights and sounds of the 2009 version of the Minnesota Legislature.

The legislative session ended in chaos with no budget deal, so the governor will begin balancing the budget himself. DFL lawmakers flew around the state blaming the governor for the stalemate.

The legislative session must end at midnight and a budget deal between legislators and the governor seems unlikely. The House passed a bill to change the way the seat belt law is enforced and debated medical marijuana for the first time. Over the weekend lawmakers failed to override the governor's vetoes.
