Emergency, Community Health and Outreach is designed to provide public health and safety educational information on a variety of emergency preparedness topics. We also hope to make Internet resources available during catastrophic emergencies delivering important emergency information to limited-English speaking populations in Minnesota. ECHO started its work in April 2003 and we hope to expand the content of the web site as well as reach additional languages in the future.
