Donate Your Car If you have a car, truck, or boat that you no longer need, donating it to tpt is easier than going through the hassle of fixing and selling it yourself, and less stressful than haggling with a dealer over the trade-in value. If your vehicle starts and drives you can donate it. If it doesn't start or drive, depending on its type and condition, it still might be accepted for donation, so it's worth giving us a call. The IRS allows you to deduct only the amount received by a charity when the car is sold. (Get more details on the FAQ page.)
