About Interstate 94: A History and Its Impact

The cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis were changed when Interstate 94 was routed through the neighborhoods of Rondo and Prospect Park. This documentary examines how each community has coped with the changes the Interstate brought. Co-produced with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
