Fascinated by the ability to travel the world via computer, Alyssa Baguss creates her own intricate landscapes, both real and imagined. Using stock images of beautiful places, Baguss alters them by cutting away part of the image leaving behind a digital-like topographical map. Her detailed drawings are often inspired by unusual landscapes, like outerspace.
