Artist Todd Norsten comments that his standards for good and acceptable are “whatever is good enough,” while master printmaker Cole Rogers’s standards are closer to perfection. What are your own standards for good and acceptable in your work? Are you a perfectionist? Do you take pride in producing high-quality work or are you more of a “good enough” person? With your work, which is better: quality or quantity? How do the artists use their art form to create something totally unique and different? What do you think would be most challenging about this form of art?
