Artistic Director Peter Brosius and the resident actors from Children’s Theatre Company all agree that working together regularly allows them more freedom to take risks because they trust each other. Write about someone you trust and give examples of the ways in which your trust has allowed you to be freer and more open in your actions and words.

Activity
The five members of the resident acting company believe in the importance of introducing theater to children so that they’ll become lifelong theatergoers. Choose an activity you think is important for
younger children to be exposed to. Devise an actionable plan to get younger people interested in that activity, for example, design an after school program, or plan a field trip. Who is your audience
and how will you appeal to them?
