Although milliner Karen Morris uses the motto “simple is good” to guide her work, the making of her hats is anything but. A lifelong lover of fashion, she draws inspiration from horse racing in her native Hong Kong. Morris’ work tends toward  traditional shapes, but she adds her funky signature to everything she does, whether it’s a feathery flourish or experimentation with a new material.
