Tish Jones and Chris Mars

Spoken word artist and poet, tattoo artist, visual arts, musician and painter

Tish Jones' passion for language is evident in her poetry and in her work as a community organizer and educator. Tattoo artist Kurt Melancon works in a variety of other mediums including oil paint, scratch board, metal and wood. Chris Mars, former drummer for iconic Minneapolis rock band The Replacements, eventually left the music scene to pursue a career in visual arts.
