Log cabin at Spankys

Spanky’s Stone Hearth

34785 County Highway 4
Frazee, MN 56544
From their site: “With a fascination for food, and a desire to reproduce old classics, the foundation of our cuisine has always been focused around high-quality, local ingredients.

In today’s restaurant industry, its easy to lose your identity amongst the big chains, celebrity chefs and cutting edge technology. With new trends dominating the food scene each year, its important to expand our repertoire, but one thing will always remain true, we were “farm-to-table” before it was a marketing tactic, and our commitment to our customers has never wavered. If you consistently put outstanding food on the table, served by a knowledgeable, attentive and courteous staff, you have the means for success.

We simply cannot compete with big chain restaurants, so we choose to provide what they cannot — a memorable and personable dining experience for each guest, in a comfortable and welcoming environment.”

River Rock Cafe

301 S Minnesota Avenue
Saint Peter, MN 56082

From their site: “In early 2002, our Saint Peter location was created as a space to house a dynamic community. A community that would evolve and expand into rich connections, rooted in the “terroir” of southern Minnesota. It was nourished at its core through years of ethical and conscious purchasing decisions and the unbridled enjoyment of perfectly crafted coffee beverages and nourishing plates of food.
We were built on a foundation that dared to suggest that to be caring, considerate and thoughtful of our earth and the people around us did make business sense. Slowly, we grew, we expanded, we stretched and we thrived.”
