Coming out this fall, Out North: MNLGBTQ History explores the untold past of Minnesota’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community and celebrates the strides the state has made since the gay liberation movement began in the 1970s. Ahead of the October premiere, TPT will be participating in events around the Twin Cities. Join us at one or more this summer!

Pride Student Group and the LGBTQ Center of Century College co-hosts with Twin Cities PBS a National Coming Out Day celebration and discussion featuring clips from Out North, a new documentary about LGBTQ history in Minnesota. Join in interactive learning and small group discussions about the privileges and usage of coming-out stories and how they have changed over the years.
