Latino Arts | A Community Visions

Fifteen of Minnesota’s Latino artists convey their community’s vision of a Minnesota future enriched by the Latino culture. Their art portrays a bridge between the Latino cultural heritage and Minnesota’s cultural and economic future; through dance, hip hop, poetry, and stunning canvasses, it illustrates the voices of the Latino community as expressed in a CLAC state survey.

BACK ON TRACK: JOURNEYS TO A HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE

Innovative and successful programs are re-engaging high school dropouts by offering college credit as they get their diplomas. With essential support from educators, their families and service organizations, these students are achieving their dreams. LEARNING FOR A LIFETIME

Children are learning machines, absorbing knowledge and skills from an early age. We help young children deal with feelings and make friends, but then we stop. Yet adolescence triggers major rewiring of the brain, and relationships are the key to the success of that process.
