The band is on a spiritual journey to find truth that requires them to be present in the moment, both in their everyday lives and during performances. Write a vignette to show a moment in your life that you fully embraced and in which you were completely present.

Activity
Craig’s wife, Connie, is a “live painter” with the band. Paint two pictures. First, paint one that reflects the moment you wrote about. Second, paint a picture as you listen to one of Cloud Cult’s songs. Use the rhythm and the words as a guide for your brush strokes. Does Cloud Cult’s message affect your work? How does the process vary between the two paintings?
