Activity
Metal casting is a team activity. Using the workshop model, Wayne teaches to and learns from his students all at the same time.

Organize an artistic project that needs to be done with a team. Get together a group of classmates with varying strengths and expertise—perhaps someone is a good painter, and someone else is good at conveying complex ideas through words—and see if you can learn from your group mates and teach your own skills while executing the project.
