Veterans and family members speak of a loss of innocence, a sense of duty to their country, and a need to find peace. Minnesota Remembers Vietnam: The Telling Project follows the journey of Minnesota Vietnam and Hmong veterans cast to perform their personal stories in an original stage production. Through theater, national performing arts non-profit, The Telling Project deepens understanding of the military and veterans’ experience while serving and returning to civilian life. This one-hour program documents the cast in interview, with family and friends, in rehearsals and ultimately, in their performance with an invited audience
