Cross-platform artist-driven television, TV Takeover partners with some of the most inventive Twin Cities arts organizations to bring you eclectic, fresh, exciting episodes of television like you’ve never experienced it before.

TV Takeover partners “take over” TPT’s airwaves and studio curating an hour-long episode featuring art, media, dance, music and more!

Past partners have included: Springboard for the Arts, MPLS.TV, Northern Lights.mn, Works Progress Studio, Saint Paul Almanac, Independent Filmmaker Project Minnesota, Circus Juventas, American Craft Council and Black Label Movement.

TV Takeover is a project of Rewire, a TPT initiative focused on bringing public media to life for a new generation. TV Takeover is supported in part by the State Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund and the citizens of Minnesota and through an Art Works grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Additional funding is provided by the Lowertown Future Fund (LRC Fund).
