Attorney General William Barr declared that special counsel Robert Mueller's probe concluded that President Donald Trump did not commit a crime. However, Mueller's team did not exonerate the president. After the release of Mueller’s 448-page report this week, the panelists discussed what the report reveals, the questions it raises, and the impact it may have on the Trump presidency.
